Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note that all courier/shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong or defective item).

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
